What you will do
- Own the end-to-end technical delivery for new client integrations and AI solution pilots.
- Translate strategic business goals into detailed technical requirements and solution plans.
- Lead implementations for integrations with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), EMRs, and data platforms via APIs and Smart on FHIR.
- Define technical roadmaps for scaling integrations and manage cross-functional dependencies between Product and Engineering.
- Act as a consultative partner for Big Pharma and Provider clients, guiding them through design, QA, UAT, and go-live cycles.
- Establish program-level KPIs to monitor client ROI, such as time-to-therapy and patient activation rates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management within a SaaS environment.
- Direct experience in Patient Access Hub or Life Sciences programs.
- Proven track record of leading multiple concurrent workstreams and defining technical roadmaps.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, CSVs, and CRM systems (specifically Salesforce).
- Experience shipping beta products from pilot through general availability, including hypercare cycles.
- Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams in a client-facing capacity.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Mulesoft or similar integration tools.
- Experience with data integrations involving EMR or payor systems.
- Previous experience as an Operations lead in Patient Access Hubs.
- Expertise in SOP development and training for Patient Access Hub teams.
- Deep process knowledge of Benefits Verifications and Prior Authorizations.
