What you will do

• Lead and scale the Technical Program Management function, overseeing Senior TPMs, Release Train Engineers, and Agile delivery roles.
• Drive execution of large-scale, complex cross-functional programs across software, data, AI, cloud, and infrastructure.
• Establish scalable portfolio management practices, including annual, quarterly, and PI planning.
• Create governance mechanisms to improve delivery predictability, transparency, and execution quality.
• Oversee program financial governance, including investment tracking and benefits realization.
• Maintain executive-level visibility into portfolio health via dashboards, KPIs, and status reporting.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading large-scale technical programs in software, cloud, data, or AI.
• Proven experience leading TPM, PMO, or delivery organizations, including management of other managers.
• Strong background in portfolio governance, integrated planning, and delivery assurance.
• Expertise in driving Agile delivery, PI planning, and KPI/OKR reporting.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
