What you will do
- Drive operational consistency by creating standardized TA playbooks and toolkits for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Optimize the end-to-end candidate and hiring manager journeys to improve speed and quality of hire.
- Act as the Workday Talent Attraction Subject Matter Expert, optimizing workflows and automation.
- Lead hiring analytics by developing actionable dashboards for Recruiters, People Business Partners, and Business Leaders.
- Manage TA vendor relationships with partners such as Paradox, Hireright, and LinkedIn.
- Own and improve internal talent attraction programs, including intern and employee referral schemes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Attraction Operations or People Operations.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Workday Recruiting configuration, workflows, and reporting.
- Proven experience building and scaling recruiting operations in fast-paced organizations.
- Strong data analytical skills and ability to design scalable operational processes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across various business functions.
