What you will do

  • Improve systems, workflows, and operating rhythms of the employee lifecycle, utilizing AI to scale processes.
  • Lead the evolution of compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking and leveling.
  • Manage federal, state, local, and international employment compliance and governance.
  • Leverage HRIS reporting and people data to surface actionable workforce insights.
  • Partner with the VP of People & Culture to evolve the people operating model and team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive People/HR experience.
  • Proven track record leading HR teams in a high-growth SaaS company (40–60%+ YoY headcount growth).
  • Expertise in total rewards, employee relations, and multi-state workforce management.
  • Experience with HCM/HRIS platforms (Rippling is a significant plus).
  • Experience leading a team of 4-5 direct reports as a player-coach.
  • Must be based in the USA to align with benefits and operational requirements.

Nice to have

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications.
  • International HR exposure.
