What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of HR technology projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Provide technical leadership for the implementation of new HR modules and system integrations.
• Execute critical annual cycles including Open Enrollment, Performance Management, and Compensation.
• Audit and enhance People Team workflows to automate manual tasks and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and manage integrations in partnership with IT.
• Architect advanced reports and dashboards to provide actionable workforce insights.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of HRIS experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on Workday configuration.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional HR technology projects.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Prior experience administering or integrating Greenhouse and Lattice.
• Experience within the technology sector or similar corporate environment.
• Experience building complex calculated fields and custom reports within Workday.
