Location: Hybrid in Louisville (Tue–Thu); remote work may be considered for the right candidate
Salary: $86,000 – $105,000 + ~40% incentive compensation

What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth across assigned books of business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within public safety agencies.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely progression of deals.
- Respond to customer inquiries, proposals, and RFPs to showcase competitive advantage.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing in alignment with company profitability targets.
- Conduct annual business reviews to position the business as a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- BS or BA in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in solution-based sales.
- Proven ability to creatively structure deals and navigate budget constraints.
- At least 2 years of experience navigating the State and Local Law Enforcement market.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and G-Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Nice to have
- B2B SaaS sales experience, particularly within the government or public sector.
- Proven experience communicating effectively with C-suite executives.
- Background in law enforcement or the public safety industry.
- Experience working within matrixed organizations across functional groups.
