What you will do

• Administer and maintain enterprise IT systems including Office 365, TalkDesk, and BeyondTrust.
• Manage software licensing, compliance, and resource optimization to control costs.
• Design and implement automation to reduce manual workloads and improve service delivery.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for critical IT platforms and provide escalation support.
• Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles to enable user self-service.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure system stability and incident resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in managing enterprise IT systems and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong background in Office 365 administration, licensing, and performance tuning.
• Experience with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices and ServiceNow ITSM.
• Must be able to work on-site in Alameda, CA.
