About the Role

You will support the systems that keep a remote-first team productive and secure. You will execute day-to-day IT operations including device management, access controls, and hardware provisioning. You will troubleshoot and resolve tickets via Slack, email, and video, maintain inventories and documentation, administer collaboration tools, and ensure endpoint security and device compliance.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years experience in IT operations, helpdesk, or technical support
  • Proficiency supporting macOS environments
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills
  • Hardware support experience
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration
  • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management workflows
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize a ticket queue, manage diverse workload, and escalate complex issues

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support core IT systems including Google Workspace and device management (JAMF)
  • Execute IT onboarding and offboarding processes including hardware provisioning and access management
  • Support VPNs, password managers, and endpoint security and ensure device patching and compliance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve daily IT tickets via Slack, email, and video
  • Maintain accurate hardware and software inventories
  • Administer collaboration and productivity tools such as Slack, GitHub, and Asana
  • Create and update internal systems documentation and knowledge base articles
