Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 USD

What you will do

• Act as a player-coach, managing endpoints (macOS/Windows), identity/access (Okta), and the company's SaaS stack.
• Drive MDM enrollment, configuration, patch compliance, and hardware lifecycle.
• Oversee identity and access in Okta, including lifecycle provisioning and access reviews.
• Manage SaaS administration for Google Workspace, GitHub, 1Password, and AWS.
• Mentor IT Engineers and Helpdesk via code reviews of scripts/Worklets and structured 1:1s.
• Track team KPIs for ticket responsiveness, patch coverage, and spend efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on IT engineering in a SaaS or tech company.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a team.
• Operating experience with Okta, Google Workspace, GitHub org administration, AWS IAM, and modern MDM.
• Scripting fluency in PowerShell and bash.
• Must be able to pass background checks and complete local in-person verification.
• No visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
