Salary: $70,000 – $78,000

What you will do
- Administer Microsoft systems, including Active Directory, Office365, Azure, and Mobile MDM.
- Provide help desk support and handle ticket management for bank staff.
- Lead daily systems checklists and maintain systems imaging.
- Manage the end-to-end process for new hire onboarding and staff departures.
- Track desktop-related inventory and provide support for audio/video conferencing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk or Customer Service role.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Chevy Chase, MD.
- High School Diploma required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal/written communication.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology field.
- Networking certifications such as A+, MCP, or Network+.
