What you will do

• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Implement and enforce security policies, compliance configurations, and data loss prevention strategies.
• Plan and execute rollouts of new M365 features and migrate data from legacy or on-premises systems.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for M365-related issues and maintain comprehensive SOP documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align M365 solutions with business needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role and 10 years of overall system administration experience.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, and networking fundamentals.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
