What you will do

• Generate qualified meetings and sales pipeline via outbound prospecting and articulating the hirify.global value proposition.
• Manage target account lists and execute comprehensive demand generation plans.
• Qualify marketing-generated leads from the website, SEM, webinars, and events.
• Maintain high daily activity levels, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Sales and Marketing to deliver qualified opportunities.
• Track all prospecting, qualification, and nurturing activities within the CRM system.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant sales or prospecting experience.
• Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct cold calls and navigate enterprise accounts.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (based on benefit requirements).
