What you will do

• Design and execute hirify.global’s AI partnerships strategy to create differentiated value for customers.
• Build and leverage relationships with AI-native firms to drive commercial impact and product differentiation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to shape the AI product roadmap and investment priorities.
• Identify, structure, and close partnerships for AI-driven product integrations and platform collaborations.
• Act as the primary representative for hirify.global in high-stakes conversations with AI labs and founders.
• Translate market developments in the AI ecosystem into actionable partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• Deeply networked and trusted within the AI ecosystem with an understanding of competitive dynamics.
• Technical fluency in foundation models and how AI products are integrated and built.
• Proven track record of closing complex partnerships, shipping AI products, or making principal investments.
• Strong product intuition and ability to connect partnership opportunities to real user problems.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, and business teams.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY.

Nice to have

• Background as an investor who has backed AI companies or an operator at an AI lab.
• Experience as a former founder who built and scaled an AI-native company.
• Experience in high-growth startup environments where speed and ownership are critical.
