Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)
Compensation: $140,000 – $150,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales activation specialists to exceed monthly quotas.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive high-volume plan launches while maintaining operational excellence.
- Monitor onboarding pipelines, manage pre-launch churn, and optimize workflows to remove bottlenecks.
- Partner with Sales, Program Management, and Customer Success to resolve escalations and improve the onboarding experience.
- Analyze performance trends to forecast targets and contribute to capacity planning.
- Champion a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 3-5 years of total professional experience, including 2+ years in a people leadership role within Sales, Implementation, or SaaS/Financial Services.
- Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying and target-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of 401(k) plan design or ability to quickly develop subject-matter expertise.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and performance coaching.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to drive action in a fast-paced environment.
