What you will do

• Prepare and issue complex customer invoices, including recurring billing, contract amendments, and adjustments.
• Independently manage collection efforts, proactive outreach, and resolution of payment delays.
• Investigate root causes of billing discrepancies and resolve customer inquiries cross-functionally.
• Support month-end close activities, including AR balance accuracy and bad debt analysis.
• Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and collection trend updates for management.
• Maintain internal controls and gather documentation to support audit functions.

Requirements

• 5 years of Accounts Receivable experience with a focus on invoicing and collections.
• Experience working in a SaaS or subscription-based environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel for reconciliations, reporting, and analysis.
• Working knowledge of tax concepts as they relate to customer invoicing.
• Ability to work independently and deliver on competing deadlines.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite (ERP), Salesforce, Certinia, Concur, Navan, or Adobe.
