What you will do

• Lead the resolution of complex inbound and outbound collections and past due balance inquiries.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable processes to ensure timely resolution of internal and external customer issues.
• Act as the primary escalation point for the team to troubleshoot and resolve intricate payment issues.
• Identify root causes of customer inquiries and partner with internal teams to recommend systemic improvements.
• Manage and lead weekly discussions regarding high-dollar accounts with past due balances.
• Document all customer interactions and key findings within Salesforce and VersaPay.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related professional experience.
• Must be based in Minneapolis, MN for regular in-office presence.
• Strong problem-solving and investigative mindset with a customer-centric focus.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Prior customer service experience in any industry.
• Experience navigating platforms such as Salesforce, VersaPay, or MS Dynamics NAV.
