What you will do

• Process, review, and issue a high volume of invoices and credit adjustments with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform data entry, validation, and cross-system reconciliation to maintain precise billing records.
• Execute month-end close activities and ensure proper revenue recognition.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, sales, customer service, and account managers.
• Manage billing inquiries and escalations through Salesforce and Jira.
• Participate in project coordination and meetings tailored to the Australian time zone.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or related financial operations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to participate in meetings outside standard U.S. business hours to collaborate with Australian counterparts.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with financial systems such as NetSuite, Zuora, or similar subscription-based platforms.
• Solid understanding of basic billing and accounting principles.
