Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 base annual (Total cash up to $75,250)

What you will do

• Manage assigned customer accounts, handling cash application and collections inquiries via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
• Execute collections outreach according to established policies to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
• Process and apply customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Investigate and resolve past-due balances, billing discrepancies, and customer disputes.
• Maintain precise account records within billing and accounting systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Billing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to improve collections outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B collections, ideally within SaaS or franchise-based industries.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of A/R processes, collections best practices, and billing systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong command of Excel.
• Ability to professionally discuss six-figure balances with business owners and executives.
• Firm understanding of contracts, terms, and conditions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SaaS subscription billing models, recurring revenue, and churn.
• Proficiency with ERPs such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or SAP.
• Experience with AR automation tools like Maxio, Tesorio, HighRadius, or Quadient.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
