What you will do
- Act as the primary day-to-day operational contact for strategic alliance partners.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Technical teams.
- Support partner onboarding and enablement by providing necessary resources and guidance.
- Track and resolve partner-reported issues via internal technical support services.
- Maintain accurate partner engagement metrics and records within Salesforce.
- Gather market intelligence and partner feedback to inform product and operational planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in partner management, customer success, or SaaS operations.
- Working knowledge of healthcare technology, EMRs, or population health platforms.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Must be based in the US to align with the healthcare system and benefit requirements.
- Ability to travel occasionally for company-sponsored events.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting strategic partnerships or SaaS enablement programs.
- Familiarity with project coordination methodologies or workflow management tools.
- Experience with operational reporting and performance dashboards.
