What you will do

• Act as the primary day-to-day operational contact for strategic alliance partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Technical teams.
• Support partner onboarding and enablement by providing necessary resources and guidance.
• Track and resolve partner-reported issues via internal technical support services.
• Maintain accurate partner engagement metrics and records within Salesforce.
• Gather market intelligence and partner feedback to inform product and operational planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in partner management, customer success, or SaaS operations.
• Working knowledge of healthcare technology, EMRs, or population health platforms.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM.
• Must be based in the US to align with the healthcare system and benefit requirements.
• Ability to travel occasionally for company-sponsored events.

• Familiarity with project coordination methodologies or workflow management tools.
• Experience with operational reporting and performance dashboards.
