What you will do

• Own HubSpot end-to-end, including architecture, data model, and daily administration.
• Design and optimize automated communication journeys and partnership pipelines.
• Establish data governance standards and build real-time reporting dashboards for leadership.
• Manage community service inboxes, integrating AI flows to handle routine requests.
• Oversee operational logistics, including swag fulfillment and volunteer reimbursement processes.
• Partner with Product teams to ensure seamless data integration between the CRM and community platforms.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in operations or revenue operations with clear CRM ownership.
• Admin-level expertise in HubSpot, including workflow automation, pipeline configuration, and custom reporting.
• Proven track record of maintaining end-to-end data integrity and reliable reporting.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make) and working fluency with LLMs.
• Must be based in San Francisco to support the hybrid office schedule.
