Salary: $96,000 - $160,000 (OTE)

What you will do

• Lead strategic HLS customer implementation projects from kick-off to completion.
• Define project scope and integrate activities into comprehensive project plans with customer managers.
• Manage multiple simultaneous multi-location and multi-phase deployments.
• Proactively identify risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies.
• Conduct executive business reviews and status meetings to ensure timeline adherence.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure delivery of feature requests and bug fixes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing technical projects, preferably client-facing.
• 5+ years of experience working with healthcare or life sciences organizations.
• Proven experience working in a SaaS organization.
• Bachelor's degree in client management or equivalent professional experience (MBA preferred).
• Ability to manage C-level relationships and handle escalations.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
• Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Bilingual abilities.
