What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor for enterprise customers within the gaming (sportsbook) and predictions market.
• Lead joint success planning and executive business reviews (EBRs) to demonstrate ROI and align product roadmaps.
• Partner with Account Executives and Solution Consultants to monitor account health and inform renewal and expansion strategies.
• Own the holistic view of account health, identifying risks early to mitigate churn.
• Manage and resolve critical customer escalations with urgency and transparency.
• Mentor junior teammates and channel customer feedback into product innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior CSM managing high-value enterprise accounts.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite sponsors and operational stakeholders.
• Track record of improving Net Dollar Retention (NDR) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
• Must be based in or able to work from one of the specified US office locations (Hybrid).
