Focus on building scalable systems in Clay and Salesloft, implementing A/B experiments, and translating business strategy into measurable operational outcomes.

What you will do

  • Design and develop GTM automations and AI-powered systems to identify and deliver Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) prospects to sales teams.
  • Build data enrichment and personalized messaging workflows using Clay, Salesloft, and Salesforce.
  • Serve as the internal technical expert and operator for Clay and Salesloft, and manage Salesforce and Hubspot CRM systems.
  • Act as the primary point of technical escalation for regional sales and marketing automation failures.
  • Analyze and prioritize A/B experiments and pilots to drive regional business growth.
  • Collaborate with Data and Martech teams to integrate engagement and intent signals into the CRM.

Requirements

  • Mandatory solid experience in a B2B SaaS GTM environment.
  • Proficiency with Clay, Zapier/n8n, Salesforce, and Hubspot.
  • Basic knowledge of Python or SQL.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a hyper-growth environment.
