Salary: $134,700 – $195,300 USD

What you will do

• Structure and negotiate creative legal solutions for a growing portfolio of commercial transactions with customers and Sales.
• Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidance.
• Support procurement through vendor contract review, policy guidance, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to proactively identify legal considerations for new products and features.
• Scale legal operations by leveraging process improvements, metrics, and AI-enabled tools.
• Serve as a trusted advisor balancing legal risk with practical business outcomes.

Requirements

• JD degree and active admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, including 2+ years supporting a technology company in-house.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of commercial and procurement agreements.
• Familiarity with SaaS transactions, data privacy, and related legal issues.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
• Ability to support stakeholders across multiple US time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms.
