What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate high-value enterprise SaaS agreements, data processing addenda, and partnership contracts.
• Serve as the primary legal point of contact for the Sales organization to enable deal velocity.
• Counsel the business on legal issues related to AI product capabilities, model liability, and intellectual property.
• Develop and maintain contract playbooks, standard forms, and internal approval frameworks.
• Lead the adoption of legal tech solutions, including contract lifecycle management (CLM) and AI-assisted review platforms.
• Collaborate on cross-functional matters including data privacy, employment law, and corporate governance.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one U.S. state.
• 5–8 years of commercial legal experience, including a mix of law firm and in-house roles.
• Deep mastery of enterprise technology and SaaS contracting, including IP and SLA frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage high deal volumes with speed and quality.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-lawyers.

• Background in cybersecurity, third-party risk management, or regulatory frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, or DORA.
