Salary: $217,100 – $321,230 per annum

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for the design of leading-edge optical modulator drivers and transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs).
• Define high-performance broadband analog circuits for optical front-end receivers and transmitters.
• Collaborate with systems, DSP, and silicon photonics teams to define interface specifications.
• Manage individual and team performance, ensuring high-quality deliverables are met on time.
• Mentor engineers in analog design and project management.
• Facilitate post-silicon validation, qualification, and the transition of chips to mass production.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor's with 15+ years, Master's with 10-12 years, or PhD with 8-10 years of experience).
• Proven experience managing a team of analog designers specializing in high-speed broadband design.
• Deep expertise in transistor-level design and RF/High-Speed broadband (10GHz+).
• Experience as a chip lead with a successful track record of bringing chips to mass production.
• Proficiency in using EDA CAD tools and overseeing Analog Custom Layout.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Optical Transimpedance Amplifiers (TIAs) or Optical Modulator Drivers.
• Experience in Package and System integration.
• Expertise in AGC loop design, high precision analog circuits, or CTLE design.
