What you will do

• Design analog blocks and sub-systems using behavioral modeling and transistor-level circuit tools.
• Implement and optimize circuit architectures to meet challenging performance, power consumption, and cost requirements.
• Manage custom physical layouts and define internal chip interfaces between analog and digital circuits.
• Design and review PC test board schematics and characterize IC performance using lab equipment.
• Work with automatic test engineers (ATE) to develop production tests and debug performance issues.
• Develop critical IPs such as opamps, comparators, bandgaps, ADCs, DACs, LDOs, and various power converters.

Requirements

• Proficiency in analog design and in-depth knowledge of CMOS devices.
• Expertise in analog and high-voltage layout techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Cadence design tools, specifically Analog Artist and Virtuoso.
• Ability to perform simulation verification including corner, monte-carlo mismatch, aging, and stress analysis.
• Educational background: Bachelor's with 8+ years exp, Master's with 6+ years exp, or PhD with 3+ years exp.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Fort Collins, Colorado, USA.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of switched power supplies, high-voltage BCD technologies, and power circuitry.
• Bench testing knowledge for post-silicon evaluation.
