What you will do

  • Own day-to-day execution of global performance marketing campaigns, focusing on mobile user acquisition and growth.
  • Optimize mobile install campaigns across major platforms such as Google UAC and AppLovin.
  • Manage and hold performance marketing agency partners accountable for goals and execution quality.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to improve key KPIs, including CPI, retention, and monetization metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Analytics, Creative, Engineering, and Finance teams.
  • Drive a culture of experimentation by testing new channels and creative optimization strategies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience running large-scale, global mobile acquisition campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in mobile attribution and marketing analytics.
  • Proven track record of hands-on execution and optimization of large performance budgets.
  • Deep knowledge of the mobile UA ecosystem, attribution technologies, and industry trends.
  • Ability to translate complex data into strategy and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Experience managing agency partners to deliver against strict performance targets.

Nice to have

  • STEM degree.
  • Experience in performance marketing for top subscription-based mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with incremental measurement methodologies like geo-lift and media mix modeling (MMM).
