Salary: $180K – $190K (NYC/SF) / £105K – £110K (London)

What you will do
- Build the Partner Marketing Sciences function, defining the methodology, tooling, and operating model for the commercial organization.
- Design and run campaign attribution frameworks to provide brand partners with scalable, enterprise-grade ROI narratives.
- Translate campaign performance data into compelling partner-facing insights to support renewals and expansion.
- Partner with Account Management and Sales to identify and close measurement gaps driving churn.
- Collaborate with Product and Data teams to shape the platform's measurement capabilities and product roadmap.
- Establish performance benchmarks and standards across various verticals, partner tiers, and activation formats.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing sciences, measurement, or media analytics.
- Deep expertise in campaign attribution and ROI measurement for enterprise brand clients.
- Strong commercial instinct to connect data to budget and renewal conversations.
- Proven ability to operate in a builder environment, moving quickly through ambiguity with high autonomy.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex analytical findings to senior stakeholders.
