Salary: $115,000 - $128,000 a year

What you will do

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy to position hirify.global within the US market.
• Collaborate with Consumer Insights and Analytics to establish KPIs and optimize budget and channel mix.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with PR, Business Development, Social Media, and Product teams.
• Manage creative agency relationships, providing strategic direction and conceptual alignment.
• Develop comprehensive creative marketing briefs defining user problems and objectives.
• Monitor market trends and dating category insights to localize the brand narrative.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, advertising, media, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience with brand strategy.
• Experience managing agencies from initial briefing through 360 execution and delivery.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect campaign KPIs to business impact.
• Deep expertise in digital and social platforms, specifically TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Ability to present strategies and results confidently to leadership in a fast-paced environment.
