What you will do

• Own GRR and NRR outcomes for a portfolio of 2,000+ accounts through digital-first engagement.
• Execute strategic human touchpoints for critical moments like customer activation, expansion, and renewal conversations.
• Build and manage a 1:many communication engine, including lifecycle emails, feature updates, and webinars.
• Relentlessly experiment with AI and automation to build triggered workflows and AI-assisted outreach.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and CS leadership to synthesize churn reasons and expansion triggers.
• Design and iterate on the scaled engagement function as the first person in this role.

Requirements

• Must be based in London to support a hybrid work model.
• Experience in Scaled/Digital Customer Success, Customer Marketing, or systems-oriented Account Management.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume accounts, distinguishing between systemic needs and human interventions.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort using health-score dashboards to prioritize activity.
• Commercial sharpness in handling renewal conversations, pricing, and objection handling.
• Technical aptitude and active enthusiasm for experimenting with AI tools.
