What you will do
- Design, test, and scale AI-powered prospecting workflows to improve efficiency and conversion.
- Execute targeted outbound strategies to engage HR, L&D, and Procurement decision-makers in Italy.
- Own the end-to-end pipeline generation process, including mapping, qualifying leads, and scheduling demos.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to sharpen messaging and improve lead conversion.
- Track all sales activities and provide data-driven insights using HubSpot.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably in Ed-Tech or HR-Tech.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required.
- Proven ability to build outbound pipelines and engage C-level executives.
- Comfortable with cold calling and multi-channel outreach.
- AI-native mindset with experience in prompting and agentic AI tools.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha.
