What you will do

  • Design, test, and scale AI-powered prospecting workflows to improve efficiency and conversion.
  • Execute targeted outbound strategies to engage HR, L&D, and Procurement decision-makers in Italy.
  • Own the end-to-end pipeline generation process, including mapping, qualifying leads, and scheduling demos.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to sharpen messaging and improve lead conversion.
  • Track all sales activities and provide data-driven insights using HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably in Ed-Tech or HR-Tech.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required.
  • Proven ability to build outbound pipelines and engage C-level executives.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and multi-channel outreach.
  • AI-native mindset with experience in prompting and agentic AI tools.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC sales methodology.
