What you will do

  • Own customer relationships by building deep understanding of the business, cloud management platform, support, and services.
  • Manage customer communications and coordinate with vendor teams to surface growth opportunities and revenue potential.
  • Handle customer support escalations to resolution, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close long-term commitments with key stakeholders across customer and vendor needs.
  • Identify new workload opportunities and cost optimization opportunities within customers’ cloud environments and SaaS solutions.
  • Run a regular customer cadence including quarterly reviews tracking timelines, projected cloud spend, and feedback to engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Location: must be based remotely in Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, or Estonia
  • 5+ years of experience in account management supporting the EMEA market
  • 3+ years of experience at a technology company (SaaS, SI, or cloud vendor)
  • Experience supporting customers in the AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure ecosystem (or another cloud vendor)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Strong technical skills to engage effectively with technical teams and build influential relationships
