Location: Must be based in Toronto, ON (Hybrid: 3-4 days/week in-office required).
Salary: CAD$110,000 – CAD$160,000

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Customer Development Specialists to drive consistent pipeline creation.
- Develop and execute outbound and inbound lead generation strategies aligned with revenue goals.
- Monitor activity levels, conversion rates, and productivity metrics to implement data-driven improvements.
- Oversee lead follow-up, qualification, and handoff processes to ensure high-quality opportunities.
- Refine outreach cadences, messaging, and playbooks to improve operational efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align on targeting and pipeline quality.
Requirements
- Must be based in Toronto, ON with ability to work in-office 3-4 days/week.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or software sales/development.
- 2+ years of leadership and management experience, preferably leading BDR/SDR teams.
- Proven success in developing talent and driving performance through coaching.
- Strong understanding of sales development workflows and go-to-market processes.
- Excellent communication and influence skills for cross-functional collaboration.

- Experience in E-commerce or supply chain industries.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical mindset for pipeline reporting and productivity metrics.
