What you will do

  • Partner directly with commercial leaders and the VP of Sales to define role requirements and shape search strategies.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and creative sourcing to offer support and closing.
  • Develop pipelines for Enterprise Sales, Account Executives, SDRs/BDRs, Customer Success, and Marketing roles.
  • Engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping, and niche communities.
  • Maintain structured pipelines and accurate ATS data to track hiring activity and identify bottlenecks.
  • Gather market intelligence on compensation benchmarks and competitor talent pools to remain competitive.

Requirements

  • Proven full-cycle recruitment experience with strong exposure to commercial and sales hiring.
  • Expertise in sourcing for revenue-generating roles (Sales, AE, BDR, Marketing, Customer Success).
  • Advanced hands-on sourcing skills including Boolean search and passive candidate outreach.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup, scale-up, or high-volume agency environment.
  • Ability to assess commercial DNA, including quota attainment and sales methodologies.
  • Fluent English is essential for communication with international teams and candidates.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting for enterprise SaaS or complex, long sales cycles.
  • Background in healthtech, biotech, life sciences, pharma, or AI companies.
  • Familiarity with commercial compensation structures (OTE, equity, accelerators).
  • Experience using tools such as Jira or specialized ATS platforms.
