What you will do
- Partner directly with commercial leaders and the VP of Sales to define role requirements and shape search strategies.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and creative sourcing to offer support and closing.
- Develop pipelines for Enterprise Sales, Account Executives, SDRs/BDRs, Customer Success, and Marketing roles.
- Engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping, and niche communities.
- Maintain structured pipelines and accurate ATS data to track hiring activity and identify bottlenecks.
- Gather market intelligence on compensation benchmarks and competitor talent pools to remain competitive.
Requirements
- Proven full-cycle recruitment experience with strong exposure to commercial and sales hiring.
- Expertise in sourcing for revenue-generating roles (Sales, AE, BDR, Marketing, Customer Success).
- Advanced hands-on sourcing skills including Boolean search and passive candidate outreach.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup, scale-up, or high-volume agency environment.
- Ability to assess commercial DNA, including quota attainment and sales methodologies.
- Fluent English is essential for communication with international teams and candidates.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for enterprise SaaS or complex, long sales cycles.
- Background in healthtech, biotech, life sciences, pharma, or AI companies.
- Familiarity with commercial compensation structures (OTE, equity, accelerators).
- Experience using tools such as Jira or specialized ATS platforms.
