What you will do

  • Drive high-impact searches across critical business functions with a focus on talent quality and execution.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines and engage high-potential candidates before business demand exists.
  • Act as a strategic talent partner to business leaders, providing market intelligence and hiring insights.
  • Lead candidates through the full hiring journey with urgency, precision, and strong communication.
  • Collaborate with leadership on compensation strategy, offer development, and negotiation efforts.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and data-driven strategies to improve recruiting efficiency and capabilities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in corporate recruiting, talent acquisition, or executive search.
  • Proven success recruiting for Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance functions.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Boca Raton, FL.
  • Experience using Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics and performance insights.
  • Ability to influence and partner with leadership teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
