What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Marketing hires, from sourcing and screening to managing offers.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership to align on search strategies and move searches efficiently.
- Proactively source passive talent to build and maintain high-quality top-of-funnel pipelines.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve overall recruiting operations and candidate quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create a high-trust, best-in-class hiring process.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting Sales and Marketing in a fast-growing environment.
- Strong sourcing instincts and the ability to stay organized across multiple concurrent searches.
- Excellent communication skills to build high-trust relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Data-aware mindset with the ability to use recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
- Experience with modern recruiting tools and systems, specifically Ashby.
- Must be located in San Francisco (CA), Denver (CO), or New York (NY).
