Talent Coordinator Intern (HR/Recruiting): Supporting corporate recruiting operations and candidate sourcing in a fast-paced tech environment with an accent on interview coordination and recruiting workflow optimization. Focus on managing high-volume interview scheduling, utilizing sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and executing a recruiting-focused capstone project.

Location: Hybrid (Lehi, Utah)

Salary: $18 - $20 per hour

What you will do

  • Coordinate 20+ interviews per week while maintaining strong accuracy and SLA adherence.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
  • Support recruiting operations and hiring workflow projects within the Lever ATS.
  • Build and maintain interview plans and feedback forms to improve hiring consistency.
  • Partner with Talent Partners on recruiting initiatives and hiring kickoff meetings.
  • Develop and present a capstone project focused on improving recruiting operations or candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail in administrative tasks.
  • Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or business operations.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Lehi, Utah.

Nice to have

  • Current student pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Previous internship, campus leadership, or recruiting experience.
  • Experience using Lever ATS or sourcing platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Interest in technology or SaaS environments.
