TL;DR

Lead Sales Recruiter (AI): Designing and executing the recruiting strategy for sales teams at an AI-native automation platform with an accent on outbound sourcing, GTM talent pipelines, and scalable hiring systems. Focus on scaling the organization from 70 to 200+ employees while maintaining a high talent bar for senior and high-impact roles.

Location: On-site in San Francisco (5 days/week)

Salary: $200,000 – $240,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Design and execute high-impact sales hiring strategies for AE and leadership roles.
  • Partner with founders and sales leadership to forecast headcount and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Drive outbound sourcing via outreach, referrals, events, and competitor mapping.
  • Build and optimize scalable recruiting systems, tools, and data tracking to make hiring predictable.
  • Enhance employer branding in collaboration with Marketing and Communications teams.
  • Deliver a world-class candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, with 4+ years focused on GTM roles in fast-paced SaaS or tech companies.
  • Proven success building sales teams in high-growth, outbound-driven environments.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales motions (SMB, mid-market, enterprise) and org structures.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to inform prioritization.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey the company's value proposition.
  • Must be based in or willing to work from the San Francisco HQ 5 days/week.

Nice to have

  • Experience as an early recruiter at a Series B-D startup.
  • Familiarity with Sales compensation structures and the competitive landscape.
  • Strong existing network of sales and marketing professionals in the Bay Area and New York.
