Technical Recruiter (AI)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, create position profiles, and align hiring priorities and timelines.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and events.
• Identify, engage, and close active and passive technical candidates.
• Manage and optimize interview processes for efficiency, consistency, and equitable hiring.
• Track recruiting metrics and report pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate experience insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
• An established technology-industry network and a passion for building new connections.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing organizational needs.
• Proficiency with recruiting metrics and data-driven process improvement.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally.
