What you will do

• Own the full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting processes to deliver a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to define role requirements and align on priorities.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, and communities to attract technical talent.
• Manage and optimize the interview process to ensure efficiency, consistency, and equitable hiring.
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics, such as pipeline health and time-to-fill, to hirify.global leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth tech environments.
• Proven ability to execute recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Established network within the tech industry.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a growing organization.
• Proficiency in using data and metrics to improve hiring processes.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA for on-site work.
