Contract Recruiter (Enterprise AI)

Location: Remote in the U.S.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for contractor and consultant hiring.
• Recruit SAP and Oracle consultants across functional and technical skill sets.
• Build and manage contractor pipelines across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
• Source and engage specialized enterprise technology talent in competitive markets.
• Develop proactive pipelines for current and upcoming customer projects.
• Create sourcing strategies for hard-to-find SAP and Oracle expertise.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience recruiting SAP and Oracle consultants.
• Strong experience with contract or contingent workforce recruiting.
• Experience recruiting both onshore and nearshore talent across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
• Strong understanding of systems integrators and the enterprise consulting ecosystem.
• Experience recruiting specialized enterprise technology talent for functional and technical roles.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and contractor pipelines in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience at a systems integrator such as Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Tata Consultancy Services, or Infosys.
