What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a large and growing portfolio of customers.
• Own the end-to-end post-sale customer experience and lifecycle across hundreds of accounts.
• Translate pentesting findings and CVSS scoring into actionable guidance for security and engineering stakeholders.
• Develop and own repeatable workflows to scale self-service entry and product-led expansion.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align strategy, identify process gaps, and advocate for automation.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Korea.
• Fluent in Korean and advanced (C1) in English.
• Experience in a technical customer-facing role such as TPM, TAM, or Scaled Customer Success.
• Working knowledge of application security fundamentals, including OWASP Top 10 and CVSS scoring.
• Familiarity with the security tools ecosystem (scanners, DAST/SAST platforms, vulnerability management).
