What you will do

  • Execute global compensation cycles (mid-year and annual), ensuring data accuracy and process integrity.
  • Translate Compensation COE requirements into scalable operational processes.
  • Lead operational readiness via data validation, issue resolution, and post-cycle audits.
  • Perform audits across compensation, time tracking, and employee data to ensure payroll readiness.
  • Partner with Payroll and People Technology to investigate root causes of data discrepancies and implement sustainable fixes.
  • Define requirements for system enhancements to improve automation and scalability.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Compensation, HR Operations, or People Operations in a global or multi-country environment.
  • Hands-on experience using Workday, specifically for compensation and job profile management.
  • Experience managing complex processes and analyzing data to identify risks or inconsistencies.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders to achieve effective outcomes.
