Compensation Analyst

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $59,500.00 - $80,325.00 gross before taxes

What you will do

• Administer compensation programs and policies, including base pay, incentive, and equity.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses using internal and external data sources.
• Support the preparation and execution of the annual compensation planning cycle.
• Develop and present compensation reports, dashboards, and insights.
• Maintain and refine job architecture frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal and external contacts to resolve complex compensation issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant compensation or HR experience, with demonstrated progression in responsibility and scope.
• Strong expertise in market pricing methodologies, compensation tools, and HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred).
• Proven ability to independently manage moderately complex projects and assignments.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Effective communication and influencing skills.
