What you will do

• Own Workday HCM end-to-end, including business processes, security, integrations, and reporting.
• Prioritize AI and automation-first approaches for system configuration and process improvements.
• Drive the implementation of new Workday capabilities and manage release planning.
• Partner with People, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support ongoing administration of compensation planning, absence, and benefits modules.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience.
• Proven ability to build business processes, configure security, and ship production solutions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to run technical initiatives end-to-end.
• Solid understanding of core HR processes including onboarding, compensation, and performance management.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Familiarity with Deel, Greenhouse, Workato, or Databricks.
