• Supervise the implementation of daily operating plans and maintain current electrical system status.
• Oversee company and contractor technical personnel involved in real-time power system reliability actions.
• Coordinate construction projects, maintenance tasks, and emergency response efforts.
• Research and implement "Best Practices" and new technologies to improve job efficiencies.
• Provide exceptional internal and external customer service to ensure reliability.
• Manage operations across first shift, including some weekends.

Requirements

• Post-secondary, vocational, or technical training in a relevant field.
• In-depth understanding of safe electric utility distribution system operations and service restoration processes.
• Strong problem-solving, resource management, and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate computer skills for operational task management.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dayton, OH.
