What you will do

• Lead electrical distribution projects (up to 34.5kV) from design through execution.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and quality across multi-discipline teams.
• Serve as a technical expert, guiding and mentoring junior engineers.
• Partner directly with clients to develop solutions and present designs.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables and perform detailed engineering calculations.
• Ensure compliance with company quality programs and perform internal technical reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
• Experience in design of overhead and underground distribution projects (4kV-34.5kV).
• Advanced knowledge of NESC and NEC design guides and standards.
• Visa Sponsorship: Not available.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding (background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records search).

Nice to have

• P.E. License.
• Experience managing design services for investor-owned utilities in the United States.
• Working knowledge of procurement, subcontract administration, and permitting.
• Experience in the proposal process and developing engineering estimates.
