What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including account management, transaction processing, and member inquiries.
• Provide troubleshooting and user support for the core banking system and specific applications like lending platforms and digital banking tools.
• Act as a primary liaison between internal staff and the Managed Service Provider (MSP) to resolve IT issues.
• Monitor system performance and uptime for critical applications, reporting anomalies to appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate records of IT procedures, system configurations, and support tickets.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives by ensuring compliance with IT policies and assisting with user training.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in back-office operations with banking core systems.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of credit union regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management principles.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
• Must be able to work on-site in Springfield, Massachusetts.
