What you will do

• Analyze business processes and develop functional requirements for federal financial management.
• Collaborate with customers to decompose complex requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories in a SAFe Agile environment.
• Maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) from elicitation through testing and implementation.
• Map business needs to CGI’s Momentum Financials to determine configuration requirements.
• Develop implementation plans and roadmaps, identifying dependencies across system interfaces and data conversion.
• Identify program risks and perform Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) for executive leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting system implementation efforts.
• Proficiency with Agility or JIRA for requirements management.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and receive a government clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience working in an Agile environment (SAFe preferred).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with senior-level management and clients.

• Experience working with CGI’s Momentum Financials.
• VA or Federal financial management experience.
