What you will do

• Supervise and lead technical business analysts, including task assignment, performance evaluation, and career development.
• Create requirements-gathering documents, functional specifications, and wireframes using tools like Axure RP.
• Coordinate with developers and QA teams to plan and execute test processes and ensure user acceptance.
• Perform deployment verification and regression testing for each product release.
• Develop and maintain complex Power Apps using low-code/no-code tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (no sponsorship for foreign national workers provided).
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis and/or product design.
• Proven experience supervising and coaching other technical business analysts.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience with wireframing tools (Axure RP, Balsamiq) and project tracking tools (JIRA, Asana).
